You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Payments and Refunds

Pay-per-outcome products are delivered digitally upon purchase. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refund requests for one-time reports should be directed to hello@aitalentnav.ai within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Reports and assessments generated for you are yours to use for your business purposes. Our templates, frameworks, methodologies, and aggregate benchmark data remain our intellectual property.

Disclaimer

Our services provide data-driven recommendations to inform your workforce planning decisions. They are not a substitute for professional HR, legal, or financial advice. AITalentNav is not liable for hiring decisions made based on our reports.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITalentNav's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
